Esports, which is now one the fastest growing industrires in our world today, is rejected by many people. The idea of Gaming becoming a sport still is not accepted in society due to the lack of physical activity involved with eSports. How can a simple game become a multi billion dollar industry and be considered a sport? Well the games aren't simple: strategies, different skill levels, coaches, hiring players, trading players, winning tournaments and so on. This is what any other sport is consisted of, except some may still argue that gaming has no phyiscal tribute to it. That may be true, but gaming makes up for the lack of physical attribute with more of mentality need to play the game. Everything is mental about this game, even moving the mouse and punching in keybaord keys requires consant practice to master down the skills. It may seem easy, but its not, to have precison movement and reaction times down to the milisecond is not an overnight mastery.Video games also has positons for each of the 5 team members in a MOBA game and characters specifically made for the each of the 5 positions. Now, in the world of eSports, decisions are everything. Little decisions such as moving with your team or grabbing an objective may win or lose your the game, this is why it is so comeptive. Which team can outplay the other team? Which team has a better composition? Which team has better players? Which team makes better decisions? This all requires practice and work, these gamers simply don't enjoy playing the game as a competitive sports job, it's actually considered as a real job as few League of Legends professionals have stated. It is stressful and hard, it is not as fun as the companies and industires make eSports look like. eSports is erupting and is now being featured on ESPN and BBC News. Currently of 2015, the eSports industry is worth 250m dollars, by 2016 it will be 465m-500m, in 2020 it will be above 1 billion. This may seem as a hoax or a joke to the majority of people, but it is real, it is growing and being accepted more and more today as a sport.
